What makes Light + Bone different from regular chiropractic?

We have 2 approaches to choose from:. Dr Silver-Brook specializes in Prenatal chiropractic care. Dr. Brook practices in a measurement-based corrective system. We don't guess — we use precise assessment tools including functional motion X-rays and range of motion testing to identify the exact source of dysfunction, then build a custom correction plan.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept Medicare. For other insurance, please contact us directly. We offer transparent pricing and focus on delivering exceptional value through precision care rather than volume visits.

How long does correction take?

There is no fixed timeline. Your program is entirely custom — based on your structure, movement patterns, nervous system, and goals. We'll give you an honest assessment at your first visit.

Is Dr. Kristyn's care safe during pregnancy?

Absolutely. Dr. Kristyn is Webster Technique certified and specializes in prenatal and postpartum care. Chiropractic care during pregnancy is safe, effective, and profoundly supportive when delivered by a trained specialist.
